Heads up, some potential red flags here. The interview process at Uberall was a bit underwhelming compared to what I've seen elsewhere. The team seemed professional initially, but it sometimes felt more like they were trying to get competitive info, especially since I came from a competitor. Just something to be aware of if you're in a similar spot. The role also seemed like it had been open for a while, which, along with the interview vibe, made me wonder about how urgent or serious they were about hiring. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it wasn't particularly thoughtful or focused on the candidate. If you're thinking about interviewing, go in with your eyes open and be careful about what you share.

Presentation Behavioral Case

The interview process felt rushed and short, suggesting they were eager to hire quickly. It included a two-part presentation in the third interview, which involved a roleplay scenario and presenting a 90-day go-to-market plan. The team I interviewed with seemed unfriendly and in a bad mood from the start. During the presentation, I encountered harsh and unprofessional feedback on the first part, with one interviewer criticizing my lack of website research before dropping off. The second part of the interview was very uncomfortable due to the team dynamics. Overall, it was a very negative interview experience compared to others I've had, where I usually leave feeling like I've learned something and appreciated the interaction, regardless of the outcome. I didn't get the role, but I wouldn't have accepted it anyway.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was smooth and well-organized. The recruiters were friendly and approachable. The questions were relevant and helped assess if the role was a good fit for both me and the company. The first interview focused on my background, my reasons for wanting the job, and my understanding of the company's product and business. The questions were fair and not unexpectedly difficult. The second interview was with the Sales Manager, and while the questions were more demanding, they were still reasonable.
