Behavioral Technical Coding System Design

Had an HR call that lasted 30 minutes. Then, there was a leadership discussion with the engineering director and an HR consultant, which was about an hour long. After that, a technical call involved system design questions and a small coding challenge, where I could use my own IDE, search online, and wasn't required to share my screen during coding. This was followed by a call with another director of engineering. Finally, an HR call to discuss the offer. It was a really positive experience with smart and friendly people. At each stage, I had the opportunity to ask questions, making it feel like a two-way street.
