We had a group interview first. Then, there was a one-on-one chat at the end. They asked about my experience, my availability, and just generally about me as a person. It felt pretty informal and relaxed.

We had a group interview at the head office. We did some group activities and met the regional managers. It was to see who would be a good fit for the role. It was a fun and relaxed process. It was cool to meet other people who might get jobs in other stores for Christmas too. Good experience.
