it was a group interview for a christmas sales position. when we arrived, we were all asked to fill in an availability form, then we were given some tasks to complete in small groups. they asked the group some questions about how we would deliver effective customer service, and then at the end gave us a task where we were given a scenario and asked to find things in the store in accordance to the scenario. e.g. 8y/o boy xmas present who likes the colour blue

Got invited to a group interview with less than 10 people all applying to the same store. Went around the table introducing ourselves and played a few activities. One was a memory game with items from typo and another one was a situational based question where you discuss with others on what you would do. After group activities, you are invited to a 1 on 1 with HR.
