Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TYPO.
Sales Associate
The interview process was smooth. They asked about my background, my interests, and how I could contribute to the shop. They explained the shop's focus and ethos, and what they were looking for in a candidate.
- Are you good with people?
Sales Associate
The hiring manager was really late, like an hour and a half, which was pretty inconvenient and unprofessional, not just for me but for others too. Overall, the interview process was okayish, but the lateness was a big issue.
- Can you tell me about your availability?
- What relevant experiences do you have from previous jobs?
- How do you typically commute to work?
Sales Associate
It was a pretty standard interview process. The interviewer was very friendly and asked about 3-5 questions. I had about 2 minutes to answer each one, and she wrote down my answers to give to higher management.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Can you share your past experience?
- Why do you think you would be a good fit for this role?
