Product Manager
The interview process was long and kinda confusing. It had several 30-minute interviews: first a recruiter, then the hiring manager, then a director, and maybe 1-2 peer interviews if you got that far – even they weren't sure. The screening took over a month and wasn't very skill-focused. In the end, they decided they wanted someone with different experience than what was posted.

Marketing
The communication was poor. I had a phone screen with a recruiter who spent a lot of time giving a company overview. The interview itself seemed to go well, and we felt like a good match. The next step was supposed to be a call with the hiring manager, but they never followed up or gave any reason why. I've been interviewing at a lot of places, and this one was the least professional and prepared. Some places have cancelled interviews on me just a few hours before, but they always explained why and were communicative. I saw some reviews on Glassdoor saying this might happen, but I hoped it would be different since those reviews were old. I won't apply for other jobs at this company.

Inside Sales Representative
This was hands down the worst interview and recruitment experience I've ever had. I was interviewing for an inside sales position. It started with a recruiter call, then a meeting with the hiring manager (HM), both of whom were nice. After that, I was supposed to do a short presentation. The problem was, the recruiter and the HM gave me completely contradictory instructions for the presentation. The topic, length, and structure were all different depending on who I asked. I tried to get clarification by emailing them, but I heard nothing back. So, I just went with the HM's instructions, thinking they were more likely to be correct. The presentation began with the HM criticizing me for not following instructions. I explained that I followed their email instructions, which differed from the recruiter's. They apologized, and we moved past it. They said they loved the presentation and that I was their top candidate, practically guaranteeing an offer. Then, silence for two months, followed by an automated rejection email. To top it all off, the HM emailed me two weeks after the rejection asking if I was still interested. I said yes and asked for details, and they read the message immediately but never responded. It's been a year since then. I've never felt so disrespected or witnessed such disorganization. This company feels like it's failing, and I'm relieved I didn't get the job. They really need to improve; it's unfair to keep candidates waiting, ghost them, then reappear, and ghost again.

Shipping Supervisor
I had a good experience interviewing for the Shipping Supervisor role. The recruiter kept in touch, checking in on how things were going, which was great. There was a quiet period near the end where I didn't hear anything, but thankfully, the recruiter eventually reached out with an update on their decision timeline after I had been waiting without news for a bit. Even though I didn't get the job, the feedback was nice and motivating. The interviews themselves had five stages. I started with the manager, then met with several other people from the company. Three of those chats were pretty relaxed, but the others felt more demanding.
