Creative Director, Post Production
I've interviewed for a bunch of jobs here before and it's always a pain. The recruiter is usually late for the first calls, or they reschedule. After I was rejected for this most recent job I was really qualified for, the posting is still up. I even applied again and got another interview, but they didn't realize it was the same role until I mentioned it, then they ended the interview and rejected me. The job is still posted. The rejection didn't make sense either. They gave me feedback on my exam, but when I checked it, the feedback wasn't even accurate. I'm not sure if they're clueless or just lying.
- Can you walk me through your career path and highlight key accomplishments?
Creator and Casting Director
Set up a call for two weeks out, then asked to move it earlier. Had a call where no one had their cameras on. They said they wanted to move me forward and asked for times for another call. This was after a weird personality test I had to take again after the call. Then, right away, I got an email saying that even though we had the call and they communicated they wanted to move forward, they were going with other candidates and would advertise the job again (which they still haven't filled). Definitely a sketchy employer with a bad process, and candidates should stay away because of the lack of honesty and communication.
- Can you share your experience working with Creators?
Video Editor
The whole process was very quick and efficient. It involved several online interview steps. They responded fast and conducted a remote interview for the job. Everything was completed within a week, and I received a job offer to start in a few days. I'm very happy with how everything went.

Growth Manager
So I had this interview experience that was really disappointing and unprofessional. It began with an assessment test, then a video call with HR, Myriam, who kept her camera off, making it feel really impersonal. Even though that was weird, I moved on. Next, I had a technical interview with the hiring manager, then a case study where I had to analyze a client, and finally, an in-person interview. The whole thing spanned about four weeks. After the last interview, HR just went silent for over three weeks. During that waiting period, the job posting kept changing, which was a red flag for me. It went from needing just Excel skills to suddenly asking for Python and SQL. Honestly, the whole process felt messy and maybe even deceptive, like they weren't really serious about hiring anyone. I'd tell others to seriously reconsider applying here because it might just be a waste of time.
