Technical Case Behavioral

So I had this interview experience that was really disappointing and unprofessional. It began with an assessment test, then a video call with HR, Myriam, who kept her camera off, making it feel really impersonal. Even though that was weird, I moved on. Next, I had a technical interview with the hiring manager, then a case study where I had to analyze a client, and finally, an in-person interview. The whole thing spanned about four weeks. After the last interview, HR just went silent for over three weeks. During that waiting period, the job posting kept changing, which was a red flag for me. It went from needing just Excel skills to suddenly asking for Python and SQL. Honestly, the whole process felt messy and maybe even deceptive, like they weren't really serious about hiring anyone. I'd tell others to seriously reconsider applying here because it might just be a waste of time.

Behavioral Other

Applied online, did an aptitude test, and then had a call with the recruiter. This recruiter was really unprofessional and rude, didn't seem to care about the interview, was looking at another screen, and was late. They also rescheduled multiple times and didn't discuss the position at all. The actual job description was wrong, and the recruiter's tone was very critical. They also didn't respond to emails. It seems like the company doesn't know how this recruiter is representing them, because while the company's emails are professional, the recruiter is NOT. Honestly, not worth your time.

Coding Behavioral Presentation

So for this job, there were 4 rounds of interviews, plus a copywriting assignment. That assignment took me about 3-4 hours to finish. I always knew who I'd be talking to next and roughly when I'd hear back about moving on. The whole thing felt super professional and put-together. I always had someone I could reach out to.
