The whole process was very quick and efficient. It involved several online interview steps. They responded fast and conducted a remote interview for the job. Everything was completed within a week, and I received a job offer to start in a few days. I'm very happy with how everything went.

For months they've been looking for supposed editors but only send Criteria surveys and the process never moves forward. I applied twice, and both times I didn't pass that stage even though I answered everything correctly. Also, I know other editors who had the same thing happen.

They started with an unpaid test edit, which was quite time-consuming. The edits weren't used publicly, just to check my skills. After submitting the test edit, there was a pretty long wait before they contacted me for the personal interviews, which were fairly standard and straightforward.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Did you complete an initial unpaid test edit that took a significant amount of time, and was it used solely for skill evaluation?
