They seemed more focused on visa status than my actual skills. The initial call started with them asking about my citizenship or green card status. When I mentioned I was on a student visa, they said they'd call me back, but I never heard from them again.

The interview process was really respectful of my time, both in how efficient it was and how punctual everyone was. I felt the hiring manager actually read my resume and knew my work history well. So, the interview was basically smart questions about how my past experience would align with the new duties and if I had the necessary soft skills. The recruiter was upfront about the benefits and how much they cost. No negatives like you see on Reddit or LinkedIn. I felt like I was treated professionally, by professionals, the whole way through.

So Bridget Watson, the Technical Recruiter, who is super nice, set up a phone interview for me with Ian Dehlberg, my current supervisor, who is also really friendly. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and focused on my background and experience, and I think I did great. The very next day after the phone chat, Bridget got in touch again and scheduled an onsite interview with Kennedy Maranga, the Field Services Manager, and Ian Dehlberg. A few days later, I went in for the interview, which I was really looking forward to. I met Kennedy and Ian, and they were both incredibly friendly and nice. The interview itself went really well.

The recruiter, Mickey Chappell, reached out to me and asked about my interest in the role. After our chat, she forwarded my info to the hiring manager and we scheduled an interview. We exchanged emails to finalize details and for her to send the Teams link for the video interview. I then interviewed with Heather Mares on Wednesday and got the offer the following Monday. The process was quick and efficient, and I appreciated TSP's handling of the whole thing.
