Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TSP.
Service Engineer
The interview process involved meeting with experienced professionals and senior resources. The conversations were held in relaxed settings, with very down-to-earth and straightforward dialogue. The questions were all open-ended, suggesting that personality is a key aspect of the role, and they allowed the interviewer to get a good read on me.
- What is your primary motivation?
Service Engineer
First, a recruiter called to screen me. Then, I interviewed with the area manager. After that, I had a lunch meeting with some of the local team members. The process concluded with a final, short phone call with the manager. There were technically three interviews, and they weren't too hard, and the management was great to deal with.
- What makes you believe you are the right candidate for this role?
Service Engineer
The hiring process was pretty standard. It started with an in-house recruiter call. After that, I had two more interviews, one with the hiring manager and another with the team lead. The recruiter was really good at keeping me updated about everything and even sent text reminders.
- Can you discuss your past work experience and its relevance to the position?
