Technical Coding

I didn't have a good experience with this company's hiring process. Someone messaged me on LinkedIn asking about my availability for an introductory interview, which I accepted and scheduled. The next day, a different person emailed to schedule a technical interview. I told them I would only schedule the technical interview after the HR introductory interview, and that's what we agreed on. To my surprise, when I joined the interview, it was technical. I started answering questions, and at one point the interviewer asked me to answer a question with code. I explained that since I didn't know it was going to be a technical interview, I wasn't using my personal computer with the necessary programs. The interview ended, and I was left with a bad impression of the entire process.

Behavioral Technical

I was contacted 3 times over a year for different roles and ghosted each time. What I found worst was when they asked me to rewrite my resume to include requirements their client wanted, saying it was normal procedure. It made me wonder if the resumes they send clients are accurate. At the technical interview, a peer mentioned the client was terrible to work with and I'd have to speak louder than them to be heard. I didn't want to continue the process after hearing that.

Behavioral Coding Technical

I had two interview experiences with them. Both started with a typical HR call. The second time, there was a 2-hour coding test. Unfortunately, I was ghosted after both. I felt I did pretty well on the first one, like 70%, and got a perfect score on the second. Even after sending a friendly follow-up, I was ghosted again. A recruiter reached out a week later, and when I mentioned the previous ghosting, he ghosted me too. This year (2025), two more recruiters from this company contacted me, but this time, I ghosted them right away.

Technical Coding Coding Coding

Started with an HR call where they asked about my background and told me about the company. Then, there was a technical interview covering C#, OOP, Cloud, and general programming for about 40 minutes, followed by a 20-minute live coding session focused on string manipulation. After passing that, the TL needed to find a client for me, which took 3 months. Throughout this waiting period, the HR person kept me updated with feedback. Finally, I had two live coding interviews with the client before receiving an offer. Despite the lengthy process, it was a good experience, mainly because the HR person was very communicative the whole time.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Questions on C#, OOP, Cloud, and general programming were asked during the internal interview, along with a live coding task.
  • The client interviews consisted of two live coding sessions.
