I went through an HR screening and then had two interview rounds. One was with a senior graphic designer and the other was with the director of marketing. They also gave me a test assignment for marketing graphics. It wasn't too hard overall, but things might have changed since I did it.

Had 2 rounds, the first one was with HR and the second with the VP of Sourcing. They were upfront about what they expected and asked about my previous jobs. They're looking for someone ambitious to join the team. They also asked about my organizational process and what I can bring to the team.

I had an initial chat with the recruiter, and they were really enthusiastic about the company's future. Then, I had a remote meeting with the hiring manager, who seemed pretty relaxed in their appearance. Honestly, it didn't feel like a serious interview during that call. I haven't heard anything back or gotten any updates about the position since then.

Applied through LinkedIn and a recruiter contacted me for a phone interview after a few days. The phone interview went well, and the recruiter wanted me to have a second interview with the hiring manager. My schedule was flexible so I agreed to the hiring manager's preferred date/time. The recruiter then told me we have to reschedule because the hiring manager was no longer free. That was fine, and I agreed to meet her on another date, but she did not show up for the interview. The excuse was that she thought it was on another date, but the date/time was chosen by her. I was open to reschedule the interview, but the recruiter proceed to completely ignore my follow up emails after that. Perhaps due to embarrassment from how disorganized they all are? Probably.
