I walked in as a walk-in applicant to the store, which is the best way to apply here. I luckily met the store manager and presented myself professionally and confidently. He asked for my resume, and we did a quick interview right then and there, covering basic questions like why I left my previous job and my experiences. He then asked me to fill out a paper application and return, which I did immediately. Upon my return, I submitted the application, and he conducted a full interview, giving me his contact information at the end. A week later, I called to follow up. Although he was on vacation, he confirmed I was hired when we met the second time.

I first called the store about openings and they had actually contacted me a year ago for a similar role, but I had already accepted another position. This time, I reached out to them and spoke with a manager who invited me to come in with my resume. I went in the next day, submitted my resume, and received a call almost immediately asking if I could interview that weekend. I was really excited and went in that weekend. The interviewer was the same manager I'd given my resume to. We really connected, sharing similar work experiences. I left feeling very positive about my chances, given my strong sales background, my history of significantly increasing sales, and my knowledge of the brand. I expected to hear back from the store manager within a few days about the position. It's now been three weeks and I haven't heard anything back, which is disappointing since they seemed so eager to hire me twice, but ultimately I was turned down.

The interview process was really straightforward and the people were super friendly. We chatted about my interests and my current job, and then discussed why I was interested in joining their company and what I could contribute. I received a call a few days later with a job offer. I then completed a background check form. After about 3-4 days, I heard back to finish up more paperwork. Once all the administrative stuff was sorted, I began my training.
