Data Analyst
The technical interview seemed like a total waste of time. After I finished the test task, it turned out we had different ideas about how it should have been completed. It's strange to invite someone to a technical interview if you already know they're not a good fit. Following that, I got feedback accusing me of using AI tools, which they said was not allowed. Since everyone uses AI these days, what really matters is how you use it. I used it as a little extra help, but they suggested I didn't put in any effort myself. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful. The only good part was talking to HR; she was professional.
- Can you discuss your overall experience?

Product Marketing Manager
- Could you outline how you would construct a Product Marketing strategy for a product launch or repositioning, taking into account various audiences and channels?
Account Executive
So I applied for this role at TripleTen, working with their new product from Nebius Academy. The whole thing started with an application, then a recruiter call, and since it was a brand new gig in the US, they wanted a GTM strategy presentation. My personal take: steer clear of brand new companies, new roles, and especially those that want you to do presentations and strategies. Seriously, never had a good outcome or an offer from those. The recruiter screen was fine, and then came the assignment, which they said would take about 2 hours, but honestly, it's more like you'll need way more time. I managed to finish it within their 'suggested' timeframe. They told me I'd hear back by the end of the week, starting Monday. Come Friday, nothing. I sent a little reminder on Monday, and then on Tuesday, they hit me back with 'Sorry, we've filled the Account Executive position (B2B, US Market, Nebius Academy).' So, they basically took my work, reviewed it, and either they're using it internally or just couldn't be bothered to say they hired someone else, opting instead to say they 'closed the role.' Total waste of my time and energy!
- Can you walk me through your background?
- Describe your prospecting process.
- How would you train a junior sales representative on crafting effective email outreach messages to potential clients?
Product Manager
Had a screening interview with HR. She conducted it in Russian even though the job posting was in English. The questions were quite basic and easy to answer. I had researched the company, and she was impressed by my knowledge. The conversation mainly focused on the position and briefly touched upon my previous role. At the end, she gave me an Excel test to calculate an adjusted mean. I didn't recall the exact formula, so I explained my approach and calculated it halfway. We agreed I'd send the completed solution after the call. I was rejected a few days later. I think you'll be fine if you just watch videos from Self Made Millennial on YouTube, as most recruiter questions are covered there.
- Can you describe a time you improved platform engagement?
- How would you approach calculating an adjusted mean?
TripleTen Interview Questions
Quoted word for word from TripleTen interview reports.
“Can you implement Fibonacci using a generator and also perform a Breadth-First Search on a given object? Specifically, create a function that takes a dictionary and a predicate, returning a set of paths to all values that satisfy the predicate. The function should traverse through nested dictionaries and lists, with nested keys separated by dots. A predicate is defined as a function that accepts a value and returns either true or false. Here's an example object: { "a": 4, "b": [ "a", 10, {"d": 6}, ], "c": { "c1": 12, "c2": { "c21": [], }, "c3": None, "c4": None, }, "e": [], }”
