Account Executive
So I applied for this role at TripleTen, working with their new product from Nebius Academy. The whole thing started with an application, then a recruiter call, and since it was a brand new gig in the US, they wanted a GTM strategy presentation. My personal take: steer clear of brand new companies, new roles, and especially those that want you to do presentations and strategies. Seriously, never had a good outcome or an offer from those. The recruiter screen was fine, and then came the assignment, which they said would take about 2 hours, but honestly, it's more like you'll need way more time. I managed to finish it within their 'suggested' timeframe. They told me I'd hear back by the end of the week, starting Monday. Come Friday, nothing. I sent a little reminder on Monday, and then on Tuesday, they hit me back with 'Sorry, we've filled the Account Executive position (B2B, US Market, Nebius Academy).' So, they basically took my work, reviewed it, and either they're using it internally or just couldn't be bothered to say they hired someone else, opting instead to say they 'closed the role.' Total waste of my time and energy!
- Can you walk me through your background?
- Describe your prospecting process.
- How would you train a junior sales representative on crafting effective email outreach messages to potential clients?
Sales Executive
The first interview was with the recruiter, and it went well. The recruiter thought I was a good match and advanced me to the next stage. This stage involved a business case and an email thread assignment. I invested many hours into this task, but unfortunately, I received a standard rejection message indicating I wouldn't proceed. When I inquired about specific reasons, the recruiter was unhelpful and stated they don't provide feedback. My former colleagues reviewed my submission and believed I performed excellently. I was disappointed with the lack of specific feedback given the significant effort I put in.

Account Executive
It was a pretty easy process. Since it is a sales job, be ready to prove you have sales skills. The first interview was a one-way interview with some questions. The second interview was with an HR Rep. The third interview was a panel interview with directors.
- Have you ever worked in a role with commissions?
- What makes you want to pursue a career in sales?
