I interviewed for a Product Manager position (LatAm, growth) and went through the standard interviews with HR and the hiring manager. The hiring manager told me I had passed to the next stage and would soon receive a test assignment. However, instead of the assignment, I received a rejection due to a "lack of experience in an international environment with English-speaking stakeholders." Meanwhile: 1) I do have such experience, and it’s clearly stated in my CV. 2) This subject was never mentioned during the interviews. 3) There was no such requirement in the job description. So I didn't have a chance to emphasize it. I sent an e-mail with my feedback, but no one responded. In my opinion, the company handled my interview process and the time I spent on it very unprofessionally.

The process was clear and the company did a good job explaining the next steps. The HR manager was very professional and polite. No complaints here. Just be ready for a substantial case study, as they want to see you demonstrate a wide range of skills.

Had a screening interview with HR. She conducted it in Russian even though the job posting was in English. The questions were quite basic and easy to answer. I had researched the company, and she was impressed by my knowledge. The conversation mainly focused on the position and briefly touched upon my previous role. At the end, she gave me an Excel test to calculate an adjusted mean. I didn't recall the exact formula, so I explained my approach and calculated it halfway. We agreed I'd send the completed solution after the call. I was rejected a few days later. I think you'll be fine if you just watch videos from Self Made Millennial on YouTube, as most recruiter questions are covered there.
