First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Triple Crown Consulting.
Tech Recruiter
The internal recruiter reached out a couple of days after I applied through LinkedIn, and was super helpful. We had one phone call, then a few days later I interviewed in person at the office with team leaders there. The whole process was super calm and felt more like a conversation than a pressured interview. They made it clear the personality they were looking for, and when I seemed like a good fit, they told me. Very professional yet personable. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the office, and accepted the job the day they offered it. The whole process took about a week from applying to accepting.
- Would you be alright with a role that might be challenging initially?
- Did you participate in any sports during your childhood?
Account Manager
I was super nervous at first but the interviews made me feel comfortable. It felt more like a normal chat than a Q&A. Most questions were standard, but they did ask a couple of curveballs that caught me off guard. The whole thing was an hour, but honestly, it felt like we could have talked for another hour, it was that pleasant. Professional but still chill.
- What makes you want to join Triple Crown?
Executive Assistant
First, there's a phone call with a recruiter to discuss your background and the job. Then, you'll have a Zoom meeting with HR. The final step is an in-person meeting with the executive you'll be assisting.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What's a recent work accomplishment you're proud of?
- What's a work challenge you're currently facing?
Solutions Architect
This role involved several interview stages to fulfill both Triple Crown's internal hiring criteria and the requirements of their clients. This focus on ensuring a high standard of talent really stood out and made Triple Crown seem like a reliable source.
