Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Triple Crown Consulting.
Account Manager
The interviewers were professional and welcoming. They wanted to get to know me to understand what I'm looking for in an employer. The office is in downtown Durham with lots to do. It looks like a fun place to work.
- Can you describe your understanding of what this role entails?
Account Manager
The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, I had to create a PowerPoint presentation on certain topics beforehand. Then, I had a phone interview, followed by a Skype interview on the same day. The next day, I had an in-person interview. I got the offer the week after my in-person interview.
- What are your career goals for the next year?
Account Manager
I was super nervous at first but the interviews made me feel comfortable. It felt more like a normal chat than a Q&A. Most questions were standard, but they did ask a couple of curveballs that caught me off guard. The whole thing was an hour, but honestly, it felt like we could have talked for another hour, it was that pleasant. Professional but still chill.
