So, first there was like a regular screening interview. It was like introductions and then they asked me some behavioral and technical questions to see if I had the skills, could work in a team, and solve problems. Then I got to ask the manager questions about the job, what they expect, and what happens next. It was about half an hour.

The interview process started with HR, then went to managers, and I was supposed to have a third interview at the actual plant but I declined it. The whole process was really bad, they want you to go into super specific detail about every single task you've ever done. Like, instead of just saying 'I met with employee X,' they want to know if it was in person or online, what was said, and the whole vibe of the meeting. It was super repetitive and they just wanted things to follow their exact script. I told them I wasn't interested after the second interview.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you detail your previous work history?
  • Describe the various methods of communication you have employed.
