It was a really conversational interview, mostly behavioral questions. They touched on some technical stuff based on what was on my resume. The whole thing took about 30 minutes and they asked about which plant and team I liked best. There were 2 people interviewing me.

The process is transparent and cordial, they show empathy and give feedback regardless of the final outcome. The only downside is that it has too many steps from beginning to end.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with HR, then went to managers, and I was supposed to have a third interview at the actual plant but I declined it. The whole process was really bad, they want you to go into super specific detail about every single task you've ever done. Like, instead of just saying 'I met with employee X,' they want to know if it was in person or online, what was said, and the whole vibe of the meeting. It was super repetitive and they just wanted things to follow their exact script. I told them I wasn't interested after the second interview.

  • Can you detail your previous work history?
  • Describe the various methods of communication you have employed.
