I had a 30-minute online interview with two people. One was a recruiter, and the other was someone who would be my colleague if I got the job. They mostly asked questions about my resume.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process had some ordinary questions, and it was a bad experience. Initially, we were told contractors could expect 2 to 3 years to get a permanent job. However, during the interview, they changed that to 4 years. There are no dental, vision, or other benefits for 4 years for you or your family, and no guarantee it won't be even longer. It was not professional at all.
