First contact was an unusual voicemail, so I had to call the person back to set up the first call. During the call, I wasn't able to get any info about the role or the budgeted salary. She kept asking if I had questions, but when I did, she said she couldn't share, so what was the point. I already knew this company had high churn but wanted to confirm. Glad to burn this bridge 'cause I'm never applying there again.

The interview process started with a screening call. Then, there was a formal one-hour interview (often 30 minutes) where they asked about my resume and threw in some behavioral questions. It was pretty chill, and I liked it. The last interview was supposed to be in person, but I realized I couldn't move to Charlotte at that point.

The interview process was a breeze. The people I met were very kind and easy to talk to. It seems like a great company to work for, with a focus on internal promotion and proper training for everyone. The only negative was that after what I thought was the final interview, I was ghosted for a few months. Otherwise, the company culture and other aspects seemed wonderful!

They put me through 4 rounds of interviews and sent docusign forms to my references and led me to believe they were about to extend me an offer to start the following week. Then they strung me along for over 2 weeks saying they were waiting on approvals, but everything was looking good. Come to find out the position was never even approved and they ended up closing it out. They wasted over a month of my time from start to finish and I felt the process to be extremely cagey. Don’t post positions you don’t have approval for and waste everyone’s time.
