For the interview they had candidates do live cold calling to see their skills in a real-world setting. Aside from that, it was mostly questions about personal character. It wasn't too hard.

Behavioral Technical

Super easy process to start, first they call and chat about your resume briefly. Then the second call is the actual first round, where the same person goes over your resume again and asks why you're interested in sales. The second round is a zoom interview with a different person who reviews your resume again and throws in some tough behavioral questions.

Behavioral Presentation Other

It's a 3 stage interview process, with basic sales related questions, really trying to find the coachability factor. There's a 20 minute mock call, a talk with the boss, and shadowing an employee. It's a pretty basic interview process designed to get college grads through the door.

  • Can you tell me about yourself and how you handle feedback?
