Manager
The interview process was efficient and professional. I was impressed with everyone I met. It included a performance task and 3 interview rounds. After the last round, I was notified that the other person got the role. I was told in a professional, kind, and prompt manner. They then reached out to me a month later to interview me for another role. Overall a great process!

Multilingual Support Specialist
I got an email asking me to schedule an interview. It told me about the interview process and said I'd get another email within 2 hours to actually schedule it. About an hour later, I got another email saying the first one was a mistake. Mistakes happen, and I was surprised to get the first email anyway because I figured the job was already taken. But the second email was super sterile and canned, which was a big screw-up. A bit more warmth would have gone a long way and changed how I saw the company. The whole thing felt really unprofessional and seemed to back up what people are saying in recent reviews about the place.

Vice President, People
I applied on March 6th, 2024. Then on March 11th, 2024, the TA department sent me an email saying I was selected for the next step: a phone screen. I tried to schedule it but had some issues. The next morning, I emailed the recruiter, and got an automated email back saying I was contacted in error and that they'd update me on my status. Then on March 14th, 2024, I got an auto-generated email saying I was declined. Errors happen, but it's how they're handled and fixed that matters. TNTP didn't do that here.

Manager
So I went through a few interviews and also had to do this hiring exercise that took a few hours. There were a bunch of red flags about the job and the culture during the interviews. They sent me slides about the org's mission and talked about work-life balance. But then, in the last interview, they said we should expect to work 60 hours a week but 'take breaks'! After the last interview, I had serious concerns about the role that I was going to ask about if they offered it to me. But after spending about 9 hours over a few weeks, they ghosted me and I never heard back. I found out I didn't get the job by logging into the hiring platform and seeing my application was 'saved for future opportunities'. Overall, it was a bad experience, but honestly a relief because I'm tired of toxic workplaces that expect employees to work until they burn out while talking about work-life balance. I'd recommend looking somewhere else.
- Can you describe the organization's mission and its connection to work-life balance?
