ML Engineer
First, you apply on the website. Then, you'll chat with the business manager who'll ask about your past experience, why you want to join TMC, and explain their employeneurship model. If there's a suitable vacancy, you'll proceed to a tech interview with the client company.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience?
- What motivates you to join our company?
- Could you elaborate on your familiarity with the employeneurship model?
Consultant Engineer
My experience with TMC was disappointing. The initial recruitment phase felt very rushed. After the first contact and confirming my interest, they'd repeatedly call me if I didn't answer immediately, even on channels I hadn't authorized. After some positive exchanges, I suddenly heard nothing. My follow-ups have gone unanswered. I did appreciate their offer to cover travel expenses for client interviews and the support from recruiters during the process (until they vanished). It's a shame some of that energy isn't used to avoid ghosting candidates and potentially losing them forever.
- What are your salary expectations?
Service Delivery Manager
I went through a really tough interview process, like six interviews in a row, and nobody seemed to know what they were looking for or what the plan was. Each manager had a different idea of what they wanted in this position, so it was hard to give answers that made sense to everyone or to figure out what they were even looking for. I just tried to ask questions to get more info and connect my past experience to how I could help them with their expansion and integration problems.
- What are your salary expectations for the role?
.NET Developer
First, you'll chat with the hiring manager or a recruiter to discuss your background and the project details. After that, there's a tech interview with the clients. The process is pretty straightforward and agile, and they'll keep you updated and give you feedback throughout.
- Can you tell me about your experience with design patterns?
- What is your understanding of cloud environments?
- How do you apply clean code principles?
