The process went very smoothly. I applied online and received a message via LinkedIn the same day. The first conversation was immediately scheduled through that channel. After that, TMC guided me for three months in finding a suitable project. However, after two rejections for different positions, they decided to end the contact.

I had a terrible discussion with a business developer. He seemed extremely stressed, anxious, jumping off his chair every 5 minutes, and was constantly touching his nose and taking things out of his pockets. He showed a lack of experience in every aspect, didn't listen well, and didn't seem prepared or aligned with others involved in the interview. It was a very inconvenient and terrible experience. I'd avoid this company!

So, the first interview started 20 minutes late because the interviewer apologized for an unexpected event. It was chill though. He said I passed to the next round, a video interview with the Manager on Teams. The Manager joined the second interview call just to say it had to be postponed because of another unexpected event and apologized. They suggested a new date, which I was fine with. On the new date, the Manager didn't show up. I called HR, and they said they'd call back. They did, to say sorry, the Manager was busy and we needed to reschedule AGAIN. They proposed another date, but I wasn't free. I suggested a few days later. HR said the Manager was busy, they'd check and call back. Never heard from them again. If this is how they treat people trying to join them, imagine when you're actually working there. Wouldn't recommend.
