Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TMC.
Software Engineer
It was a very long process, with interviews with HR, TMC technicians, and client engineers, taking over a month. The offer was good overall, but they offered a commercial contract (CCNL commercio), which I refused for ethical reasons.
- General questions about data structures, C, Java, and algorithms were asked.
Software Developer
The initial screening call was very relaxed, and I felt completely at ease. They gave me a general overview of the company and their work philosophy. I then discussed my university background and the projects I completed during my master's degree.
- Can you describe your university path, particularly the projects you worked on during your master's degree?
Software Engineer
It was a relaxed chat, not too much pressure. I spoke with an experienced business manager, but the roles they offered weren't what I was looking for. They usually do smart working and have a relaxed environment, but they work on projects for other companies, basically body rental, and don't have their own products.
- What would be your career preferences?
