Two interviews total, one with recruiter and one with hiring manager done through Zoom. The process was easy and quick, lasting about two weeks. Recruiter was communicative and friendly. I was contacted back a few days later after the second interview.

TRA reached out to me by email to set up a chat with HR. That call was about 30 minutes long, and I got to ask about the org's direction. They then asked if I could come in for an in-person interview within two weeks. We set it for a Wednesday. I met with an EP and a Senior Production Manager. We talked for a while, and they showed me around the office, including the production facilities and video archive. After that, I met the EIC for another long chat. The whole thing wrapped up with a final meeting with the HR manager from the initial call. The in-person part took about two hours, from 3 pm to 5 pm.

The interview process consisted of three rounds: an initial HR screen, followed by a video interview, and finally an in-person interview. While the overall process was acceptable, there was a disconnect in understanding the role between the HR representative and the Director, who had previously described the position. A point of frustration was being informed about a group interview after the video call, only to find out it was a one-on-one with the same interviewer from the video stage. This was particularly inconvenient as it occurred during the holiday season, necessitating a shortened family visit.

I sat in a room with people and answered rapid fire questions as best as I could. This was in January. Then I was told that there "probably" wouldn't be a decision made until AFTER the Grammy Awards (February 10th!). I reached out to the recruiter to ask for emails so I could send thank you notes to my interviewers-the recruiter never bothered to respond. So I let it ride. It is now mid-May and they weren't even professional enough to send me a "Thanks, but no thanks" letter. I guess I dodged a bullet there.
