The interview process consisted of three rounds: an initial HR screen, followed by a video interview, and finally an in-person interview. While the overall process was acceptable, there was a disconnect in understanding the role between the HR representative and the Director, who had previously described the position. A point of frustration was being informed about a group interview after the video call, only to find out it was a one-on-one with the same interviewer from the video stage. This was particularly inconvenient as it occurred during the holiday season, necessitating a shortened family visit.

It was a friendly process. But then weeks went by after the second round of interviews and I didn't hear back. I emailed the hiring manager to follow up but was ignored. Then I followed up with HR and was told the interview process was finished and I didn't get the job. Very unprofessional.

The interview process was very professional and I felt really comfortable. I knew 5 minutes in to the interview that they were just trying to get to know me rather than quizzing me on the company.
