Two interviews total, one with recruiter and one with hiring manager done through Zoom. The process was easy and quick, lasting about two weeks. Recruiter was communicative and friendly. I was contacted back a few days later after the second interview.

The interview covered the department and music in general. It was very thorough about the industry, and it's vital that you grasp the music industry overall and how your department fits into it. Doing your homework on the company and the department is key.
