Had an online interview for the analyst role. It started with about 10 min of basic behavioral questions like 'Tell me about a time' and 'Why Keystone'. Then we spent about 10 min on two graph questions, one using a bubble chart and the other a spreadsheet. After that, we had open discussions.

The interview process had three stages before an offer could be extended. The first stage was a 30-minute session that included behavioral and analytical questions. The main feedback for this round was that the time felt short, and there was a sense of being rushed when trying to analyze and explain the data presented in graphs. The second stage was a case interview, which involved an hour for case review, followed by a 20-30 minute presentation of findings, and concluding with a 30-minute behavioral interview. The third stage was planned to be an in-person meeting at the Chicago Office to meet the team and learn more about the role. I didn't advance to this stage, so I don't have much detail on it.

So the first part was a 30-minute chat, mostly about past projects and how I handled business stuff. Then there was a second, longer interview. The first hour of that was basically a data analysis test in Excel, where I had to figure things out on my own. After that, I had to give a quick 5-6 minute presentation on what I found. The last part of the interview, like 50 minutes, was more behavioral stuff with two other people.
