The first round involved analyzing charts and graphs with data and then interpreting it for the interviewer. The interviewer was very kind and helpful. There were also some basic behavioral questions that you'd expect.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The interview process had three stages before an offer could be extended. The first stage was a 30-minute session that included behavioral and analytical questions. The main feedback for this round was that the time felt short, and there was a sense of being rushed when trying to analyze and explain the data presented in graphs. The second stage was a case interview, which involved an hour for case review, followed by a 20-30 minute presentation of findings, and concluding with a 30-minute behavioral interview. The third stage was planned to be an in-person meeting at the Chicago Office to meet the team and learn more about the role. I didn't advance to this stage, so I don't have much detail on it.

The first round interview lasted 30 minutes. The analytical part wasn't a typical case. The interviewer didn't ask why consulting or why Keystone. Instead, they jumped straight into behavioral questions. So, just be prepared.
