Had an online interview for the analyst role. It started with about 10 min of basic behavioral questions like 'Tell me about a time' and 'Why Keystone'. Then we spent about 10 min on two graph questions, one using a bubble chart and the other a spreadsheet. After that, we had open discussions.

Behavioral Technical Case Group Presentation

The interview process began with a standard 30-minute behavioral interview, which also included a couple of high-level technical questions. Following that, there was a case interview. The final round consisted mainly of fit interviews where I met with most of the leadership team and spent time with current analysts to understand the day-to-day responsibilities.

Behavioral Technical

Keystone came to campus to recruit, and I attended its info session. Definitely go to as many events because they hire few people from each school, and their interview selection is heavily based on if they recognize your name (plus also good academics) First round interview was a 30 minute behavioral - nothing unexpected. There were some graphs/data sheets thrown in to gauge your analytical skills. I believed I messed up on that because I didn't read the graphs well and I didn't ask for help (which I think you should). Second rounds were a few days later, and then I believe there is another round at the office.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you walk me through your background?
  • What interests you about Keystone?
  • What motivates you to pursue a career in consulting?
