The interview process was great, and I felt very comfortable with the questions and answers. Everything was simple, fast, and very knowledgeable. The questions were fair. The process takes some time, but it's worth the patience.

Meat Cutter
The interview was in-person and went alright. I had to ask a cashier to notify a manager that I was there. They then led me to the front office for the interview. I stood the entire time, but it was only about 20 minutes long with simple questions and answers. I also asked for a brief tour of the store and inquired extensively about the meat products and their suppliers.
- What was the reason for your departure from your last role?
- Tell me about your background with meat.
- What are your thoughts on our meat sourcing?
Software Engineer
It was a three stage interview. First round was with HR, who talked about the job and company benefits, and asked some initial questions. Second interview was with the team I'd be working with and developing for. It was mostly behavioral (STAR) questions and some tech questions. The final interview was on-site, with a tour and manager meetings. After that, there were some meet & greets. The whole process was really nice and everyone was pleasant.
- Tell me about a difficult situation you faced and what you learned from it.
- What's your process for getting clear requirements when they're ambiguous?
- Describe the steps you would take to build a typical website.
