The application started with me submitting my details online, then I got asked to do a pre-interview assessment. This stage had questions about situations and values, to see if I fit with the company's main ways of working. After that, I had to do a one-minute video response and more questions focused on skills. It was a clear and organized process. I thought the part about comparing values and traits was really useful because it showed how important teamwork, taking responsibility, and fitting in with the company culture are.

Had an initial call and then a one-on-one presentation. One of the interviewers was pretty rude and cut me off mid-sentence, which made things awkward. The other person apologized for it though. It made me wonder if I'd even want to work there if the team is like that. They said I'd hear back soon, but it took over two weeks. When I asked the recruiter, they seemed pretty out of the loop and didn't seem to know who I was, which felt unprofessional. Honestly, when the rejection email came, I felt relieved because of the whole experience. I guess they just went with someone internal. I had a feeling I was just a formality.

First, there was a presentation about the Company given by Senior Managers. Then, I had a 1 to 1 interview with one of the managers where they asked behavioural questions and about my general background experience relevant to the role. After that, there was a Role Play of a typical interaction with a customer to assess soft skills. Finally, there was a Group Activity and Presentation to assess teamwork and networking skills.

The interview process was a bit of a mess. First, the booking system messed up and let me book an interview for a day the interviewer was off, and they didn't notice for two weeks, then asked me to reschedule. After that, I did an online assessment center, which was okay, with an individual presentation and a group task. But since then, I've heard nothing, even after trying to contact people to follow up. I guess I didn't get it, but for the final stage, you'd expect some kind of feedback or result. They also made us talk about Thames Water's sustainability and environmental stuff and why it's so great, only for them to get fined £112m for pollution the week after.
