So, first, there were some online assessments and a Team interview where they tested my audio call. Then, they asked me some situation-based questions. After that, there was another Teams interview. The next step was a 2-hour assessment at the office. I think I did well. You should definitely get ready for it, and it's good to know some details about the company and what they're looking for.

The interview process was quite thorough, but once I got past the initial stages, I really felt like they wanted me to succeed. They did everything they could to support me through the rest of it. For example, they organized a hints and tips Teams meeting to talk about what would happen in the next stage and give me ideas on what to do and say.

The recruitment process was outsourced and the agent I worked with was not helpful at all. They would agree to call at a specific time but then call multiple times at a different time. I was also given wrong information about the training dates and location. Because of this, I decided to withdraw my application.
