The interview process at Telvista kicks off with an application and initial contact. They'll look over your profile, and if it fits what they're looking for, they'll reach out via call or message to set up an interview. In this first step, recruiters ask basic stuff about your background, when you can work, and what you expect to earn, plus they check your English if needed. After that, you might have to do some skill tests, like typing speed, reading comprehension, problem-solving, or customer service role-plays, depending on the job. If you pass those, you'll move on to a more in-depth chat with a supervisor or manager. They'll focus on how you handle stress, team up with others, and sort out conflicts in tough situations. If you make the cut, you'll get a job offer detailing the contract and training info.

First I filled out a rather long form with personal information. Then, they gave me some knowledge tests because it was for a semi-bilingual position. These tests covered basic math and Spanish, as well as English. After that, everything happened very quickly; they interviewed me and I got a response the same day.

First, there's a very general and quick interview. No confusing questions are asked, and they don't dwell on your personal life. After that, they'll give you a role-play scenario that you've already had access to the information for and will continue to have for the task. If you have the English level but lack vocabulary or need to refine certain technical aspects, they offer a one-week course. If the teacher approves you, you can continue with the process, which basically involves submitting and signing documentation.

Applied online and got a call 2-3 days later for a phone interview. They asked basic questions about web browsers and common cable equipment. After that, they set up another interview. They sent a study guide. Then I went in and took a written exam, which was easy and mostly common sense. After that, I did a typing test, a personality test, and listened to 3 phone calls. Then I waited for a 1-on-1 interview with a recruiter. After that, I filled out info for a background check, got a tour, and a packet about training. I left with a job.
