First, there's a very general and quick interview. No confusing questions are asked, and they don't dwell on your personal life. After that, they'll give you a role-play scenario that you've already had access to the information for and will continue to have for the task. If you have the English level but lack vocabulary or need to refine certain technical aspects, they offer a one-week course. If the teacher approves you, you can continue with the process, which basically involves submitting and signing documentation.

So after I sent in my resume, they had me do three tests. One was about airports and time zones, the second one was a WPM test, and the third one was to check my customer service skills. If you passed all those, then you went to a group interview. It was like 25 people all at once. After that, we did a tour of the place and played a game. Then they did a quick one-on-one interview. I really wanted this job, the benefits looked great and the vibe was super positive.

A recruiter will contact you to arrange an interview. Upon arrival, you'll need to show your ID at the front desk before proceeding to the HR department. After being called back by HR, you'll have an interview, followed by a computer skills test. Then, you'll be given a tour of the facility. If everything is satisfactory, you'll be extended an offer.
