Call Center Agent
The interview process at Telvista kicks off with an application and initial contact. They'll look over your profile, and if it fits what they're looking for, they'll reach out via call or message to set up an interview. In this first step, recruiters ask basic stuff about your background, when you can work, and what you expect to earn, plus they check your English if needed. After that, you might have to do some skill tests, like typing speed, reading comprehension, problem-solving, or customer service role-plays, depending on the job. If you pass those, you'll move on to a more in-depth chat with a supervisor or manager. They'll focus on how you handle stress, team up with others, and sort out conflicts in tough situations. If you make the cut, you'll get a job offer detailing the contract and training info.

The interview is pretty standard, with a test to check if you have the skills for the job. They also give a spelling test in Spanish and English. The whole process is quick, and so is the training. The best part, though, is arriving a bit late because HR usually takes a while to call candidates in.
