The interview process at Ted Todd Insurance was well-structured and thorough. From the initial communication to the final stages, everything was organized, and I felt well-prepared throughout. The interviewers asked insightful and relevant questions, allowing me to showcase my skills and experience in depth. What I appreciated most was the transparency of the process — I felt the expectations were clearly communicated, and I was given ample opportunity to ask questions about the role and company culture. Overall, the process felt fair, and it was clear that the company values hiring the right fit, both in terms of skills and personality.

The interview experience was not great. The interviewer did not introduce themselves or offer any details about the company, themselves, or the position. Instead, they immediately started asking behavioral questions. After about 30 minutes, I still had no information about the role, what was expected, the salary, or any training provided. The interviewer seemed unwilling to share any details about the job and appeared annoyed when I asked questions.

The interview process involved some easy phone interviews. My second phone interview with a hiring manager was quite unprofessional. She seemed annoyed and said that since someone else had already spoken to me, she didn't need to. She also misplaced my email for several days, and I had to wait for the recruiter to follow up. Following that, I had two video interviews that went well. The hiring manager then called to inquire about my salary expectations, which I provided within their stated range. She promised to call back that evening with a decision. After five days of no response, I contacted the recruiter. Shortly after, the unprofessional hiring manager called with what she termed "interview feedback." She explained they had several strong candidates interviewed after me and decided to pursue other options, but they would keep my resume on file for 90 days and contact me if suitable opportunities arose. This process felt like a waste of my time, especially given the lack of a professional closing.

The interview process involved 3 interviews. First, I spoke with Sales Managers over the phone. Then, I had a phone call with the Hiring Manager. Finally, I had an in-person or Facetime meeting with the Operations Director. All three senior managers were great - understanding and seemed genuinely interested in potential team members.
