Candidate interview experiences

Customer Service Agent
I sent in my resume and then got a phone call to see if I would be a good candidate to move forward. After the phone interview, I was asked to take an online personality test and then come to the office to meet the owner and see if I would be a good fit.

Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty easy. I got an email saying there would be 3 rounds: 1 phone call and 2 video interviews. The first phone call was good, just about 10 minutes with basic questions. The first video interview also went well, felt like a natural conversation. The second video interview was different though. The interviewer was late by 10 minutes and didn't even say they'd be late. Plus, they had no personality, which is weird because the company talks about having a positive work environment. I didn't feel that vibe at all. Got a TBNT email about 2 hours later.
- Tell me about a goal you are currently pursuing.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process involved some easy phone interviews. My second phone interview with a hiring manager was quite unprofessional. She seemed annoyed and said that since someone else had already spoken to me, she didn't need to. She also misplaced my email for several days, and I had to wait for the recruiter to follow up. Following that, I had two video interviews that went well. The hiring manager then called to inquire about my salary expectations, which I provided within their stated range. She promised to call back that evening with a decision. After five days of no response, I contacted the recruiter. Shortly after, the unprofessional hiring manager called with what she termed "interview feedback." She explained they had several strong candidates interviewed after me and decided to pursue other options, but they would keep my resume on file for 90 days and contact me if suitable opportunities arose. This process felt like a waste of my time, especially given the lack of a professional closing.
- Can you tell me about your background?
