First they review your cv and if you have relevant experience, HR will contact you to schedule a technical interview. The interview can be through Teams or in person. Mostly they ask technical questions about your previous experience. If you pass the technical interview, there will be salary negotiation.

It started with a college written test which had multiple choice questions of average difficulty, mainly on Thermodynamics and Strength of materials, plus aptitude and vocabulary. There were also 4 descriptive type questions. We had to draw shear force and bending moment diagrams for a beam with multiple loads, and also the iron carbide diagram and steam power plant layout. Only about 30% of us made it to the next round. The hospitality was very good. Then there was a final interview where they asked about family background, areas of interest in the resume, and in-plant training.

Cutoff of 70% in EE at DTU/DCE needed. Written test was pen-paper, Gate-like questions, mostly basic power systems. Everything was touched but basics emphasized, especially CBs and relays. One load flow question. Some weird general knowledge aptitude questions, one or two total. 8 out of 16 EE got shortlisted, no one from EEE. Then the interview started with 'about myself'. I mentioned my internship, which was a mistake. Started with transformers, asking what I did, about the Buchholz relay, its location and function. I couldn't explain well. Then circuit breakers, making/breaking current capacity. I didn't know about breaking capacity and got out. Then about a single-phase induction motor given double-phase supply, what happens, and what happens to a fan. Then transformer protection - I mentioned percentage differential relay, Buchholz relay, and harmonic restraint. For harmonic restraint and inrush, they asked if it was 2nd or 3rd harmonic, and I said 3rd. That was it.
