The interview process was quick and easy to navigate. Everything was organized and I never felt overwhelmed. The questions were clear and directly related to what was needed. It was a good experience where I could be myself without feeling stressed. I liked how simple and clear it all was, making it feel both professional and friendly. No unnecessary stuff, just straightforward.

Behavioral Technical

This director interview was a letdown, one of the worst in years. It felt like they weren't serious about hiring, just going through the motions. The questions were boring, like 'How many meetings have you done?', which didn't tell me much about my skills. They seemed unengaged, like they were exhausted and just wanted to tick a box. Maybe that's why they have trouble hiring good people. My advice: don't get your hopes up or waste your time. It felt impersonal, not like they saw candidates as individuals. If you're willing to lie and give unrealistic numbers, they'll be happy.

The interview started with a technical and HR screening, followed by a face-to-face interview. The first round was technical, and then there was an IQ test and a behavior round. It's important to be clear about technical aspects and your personality. Preparing for BOM, technical discussions with clients, and following up on proposals is key. This role involves supporting data, voice, access points (WIFI), and IP surveillance (CCTV) for large users, basic configuration of switches and routers, hands-on experience with fiber cable splicing and testing, handling UTP cables, end-to-end issue rectification with Fluke testing, and IT infrastructure LAN design and implementing large user network solutions.

First, they looked at resumes to see who fit. Then, there was an initial chat, maybe with HR, to check if you're generally qualified and a good fit. After that, they might give you some tests, like coding or problem-solving, to see your skills. You'll also have some technical interviews with the computer team to really dig into your tech knowledge. They also do a behavioral interview to see how you work with others. Sometimes, you might have to do a project or case study. Finally, you meet with senior folks to discuss if you're a good overall match. They also check your references and do a background check before making a job offer.
