Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Team Computers.
Accounts Manager
They initially reached out saying I was a good fit because of my work experience and the revenue I've generated. Then, after I followed up, they stated my experience didn't match, which was confusing since I had the exact experience they were looking for. Finally, they said I didn't pass the aptitude test.
- Can you describe your work experience?
- What is the total revenue you've generated for your present employer?
Management Trainee
The interview process has 4 rounds. First round is aptitude (logical, mathematical and English). Then there's a group discussion where you choose one topic out of 10. After that, an HR interview, and finally the CEO round where they ask questions about life.
- Can you introduce yourself? And how would you market a pen beyond its typical functions?
- Do you have any SPSS technical knowledge? What sort of live projects have you completed?
Bid Manager
The interview process consisted of three rounds in total. Two of these were telephonic interviews, and there was also one assignment to complete. I found all the interview stages to be really informative and interactive. The questions asked were spot on and highly relevant. The interview difficulty was just right, not too hard and not too easy.
- What is your plan after you get selected?
