Behavioral Technical

I was late to my interviews. They mostly asked behavioral and technical questions. The interviewer seemed bothered and annoyed. After several rounds, they intended to ghost me until I sent many follow-ups. They said they'd follow up on a certain day regardless of their decision, but they never did until I reached out numerous times.

So I had this video call, and the whole team was just sitting there in a room. Nobody bothered to introduce themselves, or even ask me to introduce myself. They didn't talk about any of the tech or skills needed for the job. It was just straight into a leetcode problem, but not the usual kind. It was one of those super specific ones where you'd only know the answer if you'd spent ages memorizing leetcode problems. It really doesn't check if you can actually build software, design data pipelines, or structure libraries. Basically, you either need to memorize these exact leetcode problems or use AI tools to cheat. Otherwise, your actual skills and experience won't help you here.

  • Can you solve this specific LeetCode-style problem, the kind that's often solved using AI tools like ChatGPT nowadays?

Behavioral Case Presentation

The ENRI team conducted a 3-part interview process. It started with a behavioral screening, followed by an in-person behavioral interview with the whole team, and concluded with a case study. The team was really friendly, making it a good experience. I especially liked the case study; it was open-ended and really let me explore how I'd approach and frame a problem without strict guidelines.

Behavioral Other

Applied for the job and got an email to do a HireVue assessment, took about 15 minutes. Next, I did the PI Behavioral Assessment. Then, I had a 30-minute video interview with 4 people from the TRS team. I followed up with HR for an update, and they told me the hiring team chose another candidate. A few days later, HR emailed me saying things changed and asked if I was still interested and if they could move me to the background and references stage. I said yes, and the next day HR called to say they moved forward with another candidate. The entire process felt unprofessional.
