It was a pretty standard process. First, I had a phone interview, and then an in-person interview. Both interviews were pretty straightforward and not too complicated. The phone interview focused a lot on my previous work experience and customer service skills. The in-person interview was mostly about customer service as well. I didn't end up getting an offer, and I never heard back or got any kind of notification.

The interview process included two phone calls and then an on-site interview. It was a weird situation because the hiring manager I had spoken with just three days prior was no longer there when I arrived for the interview. The interviews felt like a disorganized mess, with people seeming very worried about their own positions. It would have been helpful to know the hiring manager had left beforehand. I felt for everyone involved, including the HR staff.

First, there was a phone chat with HR about my background and what I was looking for. It was pretty standard. Then, I went to their main office for the second interview. The interviewer was kinda unprofessional, showing up late, not really introducing himself, and having a condescending attitude. He seemed totally checked out and couldn't even answer my questions. The whole thing was under 20 minutes. I was supposed to hear back the next week, but it took a month and they ignored my emails. It felt like a complete waste of time.

I submitted my application online. A few days later, a recruiter reached out via email to schedule a phone interview. This call lasted about 20-30 minutes. After the phone interview, I was set up for an in-person meeting with a branch manager. While that interview seemed to go well, they ended up choosing an internal candidate. So, the recruiter then arranged another interview for me at a different branch. I had that interview on a Friday and got an offer the following Monday. The offer was conditional on passing background, drug, and employment verification checks, which took another 3-4 days to clear. The whole hiring process, from application to offer, took about 1-2 weeks, followed by 3 weeks of training.
