Head of Delivery
Applied for head of delivery, got an email from hr for an interview. The whole deal was via email, no calls or screeners, which I thought was weird for a senior role. First, an email exchange with an intern from Talent. Then, a virtual call the next week with the hiring manager. It was mostly a vibe check and talk about my experience, the team, and its challenges. Seemed like a good chat, the HM was personable and knew their stuff, which made me more interested. Next, an in-person interview and a task: present my 30-60-90 day plan. HR/Talent still only used email. The in-person interview went well, they seemed to like my presentation and asked some follow-up questions. It lasted about an hour, starting a bit late. The interviewers were the Hiring Manager, MD, and HOP. Then, radio silence. A week went by, so I emailed the Talent and Culture lead, no response. Another week, I emailed the hiring manager, who said they'd wrap up interviews and let me know by the end of that week. Still nothing. Another week, I reached out again, CCing the talent manager and culture lead. A week later, still nothing. Obviously didn't get the role, but it's poor form not to respond, especially after I gave up time for an unpaid task and in-person interviews. Shows the company culture.

Human Resources
The interview was a great experience, I felt welcomed and like I was already part of the Team. The job description gave clear details about the role and what was expected, helping me figure out if I was a good fit. A great company to work with!

Account Manager
My interview with the HR Talent Team was supposed to be 30+ minutes, but we had major tech issues. The HR guy dropped off Teams three times, saying it was his fault each time. Every time he got disconnected, the screen froze, and he'd say, "I'm sorry, I don’t remember what I was saying." It was a really frustrating and unprofessional experience because of the constant connection problems. He told me the hiring process was moving fast and I'd hear back soon, but then he ghosted me and I never got any follow-up. Honestly, given how this company is rated on Glassdoor, it was probably for the best.
- Can you describe your experience with acquiring new clients?
Communication Manager
The interview process had its ups and downs. The people I spoke with were great, and the conversations were wonderful, making me really excited about the possibility of working there. However, it became unprofessional when I received calls every day for a week after the interview asking for more information. They even asked for bank statements, which felt like a violation. The lack of a clear salary breakdown was the final straw, as the HR person didn't even know the in-hand salary. It would be best if the HR department could clarify all requirements via email beforehand. Asking for sensitive personal details like bank statements before discussing salary and offers makes the process seem shady to potential candidates, especially after providing other documents like experience letters, Aadhaar, Pan, and payslips. Hopefully, the team can update their process to be more in line with current standards.
- One round was an in-person interview, and then there were four online interviews.
