Account Manager
My interview with the HR Talent Team was supposed to be 30+ minutes, but we had major tech issues. The HR guy dropped off Teams three times, saying it was his fault each time. Every time he got disconnected, the screen froze, and he'd say, "I'm sorry, I don’t remember what I was saying." It was a really frustrating and unprofessional experience because of the constant connection problems. He told me the hiring process was moving fast and I'd hear back soon, but then he ghosted me and I never got any follow-up. Honestly, given how this company is rated on Glassdoor, it was probably for the best.
- Can you describe your experience with acquiring new clients?
Account Manager
The interview process was very straightforward. It began with a preliminary telephone chat, followed directly by an in-person interview. This in-person interview was conducted with two members of the team and had a friendly and casual atmosphere.
- Tell me about your experience with standard role-based questions.
- What are your thoughts regarding personal outlook?
Account Manager
I had an interview with the Senior Account Manager. It felt pretty informal which was nice, but it didn't really have much structure. They mentioned they'd follow up within a couple of days, but I never heard back, which I think is pretty bad. It doesn't take much time to tell people if they weren't selected.
