Project Manager
I've applied and I'm in the middle of the interview process. What's next are two in-person interviews. The first one is with the project director to talk more about my experience and skills. The second one is with the head of project management, and I think it'll be about how I know project processes and how I manage them.
- What's your strategy for dealing with a challenging client?
Project Manager
I had a chat with the talent specialist. She asked me some questions about my past experience and skills, which was pretty good. But then, after I reached out to see about the next steps for this job, she just went radio silent and never got back to me about where things stood. Honestly, I'd rather they just tell me if I'm not a fit instead of leaving me hanging.
- What kind of salary are you looking for?
- Convince me why you're a great match for this position.
- When can you start?
Project Manager
The hiring team was really nice and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. They were also great about communicating after the interview. This would be a good place for someone looking for their first job after college.
- Could you tell me a bit about your background?
- What do you consider your greatest strengths and areas for improvement?
- What motivated you to apply for this particular position?
